Erin is a physical therapist and it definitely shows in the way she conducts the class. She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and quickly adapts her exercises and stretches to each participant individually. I have trimmed down and gotten stronger and more flexible since taking her classes.

Erin is a fun ,knowledgeable, and motivating teacher . She knows each person well and easily draws them into participating and adapts to each person’s individual needs. It is a wonderful space with smaller classes to insure and explore the power and benefits of Pilates.

A few months ago, I learned that a knee replacement is probably in my future. I was also advised that surgery is not an immediate issue so I decided to work on that knee with Pilates, hoping to strengthen it, reduce discomfort, perhaps recover some mobility. (I have done Pilates casually in the past but with the prospect of surgery generated real commitment.) Virtual Pilates with Erin is exceptional. I work out with her videos 2-3 times a week, and have steadily gained strength, balance and mobility. Pilates cannot replace worn cartilage, of course, but the whole-body advantage of Pilates significantly reduces the effects of my aging knees. I may eventually need that replacement but for now, I could not be more pleased!
